Hello Star..... I looked up Benjamin BALL on Ancestry.com's Death Index and then clicked on "View Full Context"..... Some of the "Places of Death" are Cities and others are Counties....... Therefore in this case I believe it is Lewis County...... O.K....... I looked in the 1930 Federal Census...... In my opinion, your Benjamin BALL died in Lewis County based on the info in the Washington Death Index and the 1930 Federal Census....... Ball age 60, born Ill., living with wife Addie and daughters Alma & Lillian.
