    3. Goodness knows I believe in what your are saying... Washington-L is primarily a genealogy history list with no affliations with USGenWeb... Perhaps this discussion would be better served by taking it to NW/plains list or the wagen list... both of them subcribed to by CC's. and personally... if you forward material to a list I like to know from whom the material originated.
