I believe some of my family may have migrated from Eau Claire, Wisconsin after 1870 - maybe because the lumber had run out. There is a gap between when they left and the next documentation I have in 1939. Nathan DONALDSON and Luna HOGLE were from Vermont/Quebec in the 1810s, had several children including Nathan H, Archibald Usial, Mathew, Mary Ann, Edward, V James. They moved to Eau Claire WI in 1865. Some stayed there, but I can't locate many of them. By 1939 Elizabeth DONALDSON is living at 6320 8th Ave.NW in Seattle. She is Archibald Usial's wife.
