Greetings Researchers..... The Missouri State Archives Death Index is now online. The index is complete for 1910 - 1955 and printable images are availabe online for 1910 - 1920. This is an ongoing project and additional records will be added as they are transcribed and imaged. The scanning project will begin with the 1910 death records and proceed chronologically. *If* the image of the certificate is not yet available researchers can request a photocopy of the certificate by printing and mailing the *Death Certificate Request Form*. Patrons who search the online death index may request up to FIVE records at one time. Please include name to be searched, date of death, and certificate number.
