The 1910 US Federal census for Easton, Kittitas County, WA Atkinson, Chris, age 48, born in Denmark, emigrated in 1882, employed as the "Extra Gang Foreman" for the Railroad., married at age 28 to: Olga, age 41?, born in Denmark, immigrated in 1881, mother of 7, 7 living Webster, age 19?, born in Minnesota Anna, age 18, born in Minnesota May, age 16, born in Montana Jesse, age 14, born in Montana Charley, 12, born in Washington Mary, 10, born in ? Freddie, age 7, born in Montana The World War I Draft Registration Card images show: --Webster was living in Renton, Washington, born Sept 1st 1890 in Hutchinson, Minnesota. He was a laborer in the track department for the CM & St P Railway, employed at the Black River Junction. He was single, tall, medium in build, gray eyes and light brown hair. He registered on June 5th, 1917, as required in the Bossert Precinct, King County, WA. The 1920 US Census for Bossert precinct, King County, WA has Webster, Jesse, Charles and Fred living with Chris and Olga. The 1930 US Census for Kent, King County, WA, has "Webb", Anna and Fredrick J. living with Chris and Olga. A Grand-daughter, age 8, born in Washington to father born in Washington, mother in Minnesota is also living in the home. The girl "probably" is Anna's due to birth information of the parents. The girl is Blanche M. Matthews The Washington State Death Index shows Webster Atkinson died on 3 January 1971 in Puyallup, WA. Born in Spokane, Washington. Father born in Denmark. Living in Renton, WA, working for the Milwaukee Railroad Company in Black River. He had blue eyes and brown hair. The 1930 Census for Port Angeles, Clallam County, WA has Charles Atkinson, born in Washington to both parents born in Denmark, working as a laborer in a pulp mill. He was 32 and married at age 21. In the same census, same location is also listed a Charles A. Atkinson, 32, born in Washington to both parents born in Denmark, he was married at age 21 to Audrey N, age 24. She is a stenographer for the railroad, he is a laborer, a pile driver. I can not confirm this is the same Charles Atkinson, son of Chris and Olga, but I believe these to be the same person. The World War II Army Enlistment shows Charles A. Atkinson enlisting in Tacoma on 3 September 1942. He was Divorced with no dependents. He was living in Clallam County, height 68 inches, weight 160 pounds. I believe this to be the same Charles as in the 1930 census. He was a Gunsmith, Diesel Mechanic, Camera Repairman, Utility Repairman. The Social Security Death Index has Charles Atkinson, born 21 June 1897, death in June 1967, last residence in Port Angeles, Clallam County, WA. --The Washington State Death Index shows Charles "C" Atkinson, date of death on 21 June 1967. ----------------------JESSE ATKINSON---------------------- The World War I Draft Registration card images showed Jesse Atkinson, born 25 Nov 1895 in Morise, Montana, registering in King county, WA. He was living at Black River, Renton Washington. He worked for the CM & St P. Railroad at Black River. He was tall, medium in build, Gray eyes and dark brown hair. The 1930 census for Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington Jesse Atkinson, age 33, single, born in Montana to both parents born in Denmark, a carpenter for a bridge contractor. ----------------------FRED ATKINSON------------------------ The World War II Army Enlistment shows Fred T. Atkinson, born 1902 in Montana, living in Clallam county enlisting on 12 Sep 1942. He was 65 inches in height and 161 pounds.
