To Washington-L list writers, On the whole, I have had very few problems with anyone who subscribes to list. A few bounces from time to time, but you have been politically correct and polite. Keep up the good work, because I do not have time to slap your hands. Speaking of bounces, if I get more than 4-5 bounces for your email, I will unsubscribe you from the list and you will then need to re subscribe. If you are with aol, I am somewhat more tolerant. I have not done this often on this list, only if I am tired of deleting bounce messages. If I delete you for other reasons, I'll tell why. The main reason for this note is to remind all of you to please not post attachments of anykind or shape to rootsweb mailing lists such as this on. The powers that be are working on the situation, and there is much discussion in the background about whose problem it is. Maybe someday we will all be able to handle attachments, but until then the only work around I have figured out is to dump the info into the regular message or use a disk and snail mail. Also do not put html or gedcoms on the list either. Many people, like me, still use old email programs that cannot deal with this stuff either. I am glad to see so many questions on this list, hope some of you are getting answers. You an also post your query on the WaGenWeb Project query page. Thank you for behaving yourselves.
