There are two ways to get the certs: 1. Go to the WaGenWeb page; down under Research Links on the right side; click on "Where to write for vital records. This gives you the address and fees. If you don't want to pay the big fees and live near a LDS Family History Center, you can borrow the certs films. They are arranged by and county. The rental fee is about $3.75 but may vary from FHC to FHC. If you are desperately 'poor' and very patient I have access to certs from 1907 to 1955. I will copy them if you truly can't deal with the other options.
