Donna, Go to WaGenWeb Project page [Washington state] and look down the right hand side of the page to 'where to write ... and then look for Snohomish county on that page, the address is there. The state did not collect these records until after 1907, so for these early ones. The may have transcribed by the Sno-Isle Society, if I can find them, I'll let you know.
