Hello, I'm looking for information about Elias COLE and his family, he was my great grandfather. I know that he was born in Cloyne Ontario Canada May 22, 1880, and moved to Astoria Oregon when he was a child with his father Orlando Cole, and died in Raymond Washington. He married Reinette Whitbeck February 08, 1905, and had two children, Floyd A., and Richard Cole. He later remarried Mary Martin sometime after 1908 and he had another son Delbert. He moved to Deep River, Wahkiakum County, WA at some point and died in Raymond Washington in 1934. His obituary is as follows: June 6, 1934 Astorian Daily Budget "Elias Cole, 53, former well known Astorian, passed away Wednesday at his home in Raymond Wash., according to advices received here, Funeral services have not yet been announced. Survivors include the widow , Mrs. Mary Cole; three sons, Richard and Floyd Cole, Portland, and Delbert Cole, Raymond; and two stepchildren, Myrtle and William Martin." I am interested in any info people might have about Elias Cole, Mary Cole, Delbert Cole, or his two stepchildren Myrtle and William Martin.
