Nordland appears to be southeast of Port Townsend, WA on one of the little islands in the Puget Sound. Ft. Flagler State Park is in the northern tip of this little island. At the bottom of the island in tiny print is "US Naval Res." There appears to be a road (bridge) from the mainland. This is all on the west side of the Puget Sound. Hope this helps.
