We are trying to put together a family of children that were adopted out or placed in foster care in the 1930's. Leroy was not adopted out but has disapeared. Because of the ages of his sisters he might not be alive. His name is Leroy Neil, born about 1929, maybe in Gray Harbor. His father was Raymond Neil and his mother was Clara Lucas Neil Allwardt Marlow. We have final found his fathers burial place in Cospmopolis and his mother's burial place is Oregon. There were other sisters besides the two that have found each other after 72 years of being apart. We are just taking stabs in the dark here and there hoping for a lead. Leroy married a woman named Fayona ? and had two daughters, Angela and Yolanda, but left his family when the girls were very young. Any chance that he shows up on Washingtons death records? Jennifer
