Deloris, The only way one can get this information is to contact the Records office at Eastern State Hospital. I think that is what you mean. There is no Medical Lake Hospital that I am aware of. You must be a relative of the person and be able to show proof of it to obtain any information. That could be a birth certificate &/or other legal document that shows the relationship. They required a couple for me.
