    1. [WASHINGTON-L] Good To Hear You All Washington!

    3. Hi to you all! Many thanks to you for letting me know that there is life out there! You seem to have all agreed that this isn't a high volume list so I am now prepared for some quiet times too! Do you mind if I register my interest with you now. It is simple in that I am only looking for one birth, that of my ggrandfather ROBERT KINVIG b. 1873 in Washington, USA. His father was William KINVIG, citizen of the Isle of Man, British Subject, and his mother was Elizabeth, formerly MC CARTHY b. 1848 USA. Is there anyone out there with access to the 1870 census who would be willing to do a look-up to check for this family? They would have had one other son with them in 1870 - Edward KINVIG who would have been an infant, also born USA. I am moving from state to state trying to find these with the help from my lovely cousins across the pond! My LDS has to order such films in, which can take about 6 weeks at a time, so I plead help from many USA lists! If I can offer advice to any of you re UK civil registration etc...I have a special interest in Liverpool and Lancashireplease contact me. Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you!
