Patricia was born abt 1960 to Santiago Navia (my uncle) and Herta Hertl. My uncle was stationed near Selb with the U.S. Army at that time. He lost contact when he was shipped back to the U.S. mainland. According to relatives, Patricia attempted to find her father (my uncle) in the USA (Hawaii and California) the early 1990's. She was able to make contact with family members who are now deceased, but did not make contact with her father, so we (her cousins, aunts and uncles) have no contact info for her. It would be better if you could put name down and time period in yrs. and a place when the other deceased relatives were & when she had contact with them. Where was she living at the time?? Was her parents married and living in USA or was it in Germany or ??? Have you checked the SSDI etc. Send me some more info and I'll see what I can find.
