Hi everyone! This is just a reminder about Rendezvous '97 on October 12. It will take place at the Best Western Executive Inn, Fife, WA. Registration and check in is from 7am-8:15am. Don't forget that Heritage Quest is a stand-alone non-profit corporation and we are no longer associated with AGLL. We are our own entity. Rendezvous is our yearly fund raiser for the library and we would welcome any and all support from the Pacific Northwest!! We hope you will show your support and come to enjoy the fun!! Here's a few of the highlights for the weekend: George Ott of Salt Lake City will be speaking Friday evening 7-9pm on Colonial and Military Records. Cyndi Howells will be speaking Saturday about genealogy on the Internet. Janet Collins will be speaking about the WWU Map Department. They have 230,000 maps in their collection!!! Other speakers include Laura Pemberton-Sparr, Donna Potter Phillips, Janet Baccus, Judy Svoboda, Sarah Thorson Little and Judy Giles. Please let me know if you need reservation information.
