Greetings: Would like to know if anyone is working on local Native American lines, particularly Coast Salish, Skagit Tribes, and Cowichan. My earliest ancestor was known as Tol Stolah, a princess of the Samish tribe, who was reportedly born on Fidalgo Island circa 1843. Her father was Sil-Wis-Os, as Sub-chief of the Samish, and Guila-Can, a princess of the Cowichan Tribe of lower Van Couver Island. Also working on Cherokee lines Rider and Martin in Oklahoma.
