Me, again!! I was wondering if anyone has an index to Spokane Co census for 1900, 1910, or 1920. I am looking for a James Anders Byers. James Anders Byers would have had a wife by the name of Nora Jane. They also had a child by the name of Nellie who would have been 17 in 1900. A son, Theodore E., was born in 1902. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
