Greg-- I have done some WA research and I do know that in Vancouver at the LDS family history there are some rolls of death certificates on microfilm. This is also true for Idaho. I was able to get three that way. You might check at your local LDS to see if you can get them from Salt Lake City. Hope this helps. Cathy in Portland, OR
