Hello, Just a note to update you on the progress of the effort to put the complete 1850 Federal Census of Oregon Territory online for the free use of all. Of the 10 counties in Oregon Territory that year, the complete returns of 2 counties are already online, 6 more are currently being worked on by volunteers, and only Clatsop and Washington Counties remain available. This is a project of US GenWeb, and the finished product will be stored in the US GenWeb Archives, and also in the Oregon and Washington State Archives, if they wish copies.
