She was born 21 Nov 1873, married Ernest Franklin SHINABARGER 11 Dec 1888 in Chehalis County, Washington Territory. Her guardian at the time was David WILKIE. Family history says that she may have been of Indian blood, either Quinalt or Hoh. Their first child, Harry, was born 2 Aug 1890, Elma, Grays Harbor County, WA. They remained in Elma until at least 1892 when their second child, Millicent, was born. Ernest Franklin was killed in a lumber mill accident 11 Dec 1917 in Everett, WA. Georgia died 13 January 1948 in Chico, CA and was buried in Everett, WA.
