    2. B&DStack
    3. Searching for a marriage that took place in Everett Washington in 1900. The groom was James W O'Brien. Unfortunately I only know the brides first names --Mata Agnes. The brides family was German and both were likely Catholic. Is there an index to marriages at that time? Any help would be appreciated Debbie

Clyde ----- Original Message ----- From: Mike Sweeney<mailto:sweeney2@wolfenet.com> To: WASHINGTON-L@rootsweb.com<mailto:WASHINGTON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, August 09, 2005 9:47 AM Subject: [WA-L] WA State Death Index - Ancestry The Washington State Death Index on Ancestry.com reports to cover Washington deaths from 1940 to 1996. However, the quarter million WA deaths for the years 1955 through 1964 are missing from their index. I also discovered surnames beginning with letters O, P and Q are missing from years 1965 through 1996. Just keep the above in mind when searching or advising someone else to search this index. The WA State Death Index is also available on 12 rolls of microfilm through LDS Family History Centers for the years 1907-1979. 1. LANDOLT-ELLEFSEN MARRIAGE 1940-1943
    2. Louise Hanson
    3. Is there an online marriage list for Washington, possibly King County, that covers the above dates. I am trying to find when my biological parents, Edward Prentiss LANDOLT and Lilly Anna/aka Lillian ELLEFSEN were married. My only clue to their possibly being married in Seattle is that I was told as a young child that the Norwegian Lutheran minister wouldn't baptize me or my brother, b. 2-20-1943 in Seattle, until they were married. If anyone could help me or point me in a direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Louise Redding/CA

In 2000 I was a busy bee and was extracting bios from WITH THE COLORS from Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan Counties 1917 1918 1919 I bought a scanner and was learning to scan and had completed Skagit and San Juan Counties and had started on Whatcom County when some low-life stoled my book... Less than 2 weeks ago a guy came into my books store... we chatted, I whined about the theft, he had a copy of the book, he left, went home, found it, and GAVE it to me. Sooooo for all you WHATCOM County researchers.... I present the first 154 pages... Some of the links and pics aren't workin' as I'm still working on scanning Skagit... but did I mention Whatcom is up and running... <g> http://www.thirdstbooks.com/colors/ww1whatcom.html Darilee Bednar USGenWeb Project Skagit County bookstorelady@prodigy.net http://www.rootsweb.com/~waskagit - Skagit USGW http://www.thirdstbooks.com - 3rd St. Book Exchange http://www.facesfromthewall.com - Faces From the Wall - Vietnam/Washington
