    1. [WASHINGTON-L] WDI Code 532
    2. I have a list of the codes for the WDI for deaths that occurred inside the State. There is another list of codes for deaths occurring outside the State, but for some reason are listed in the WDI. I looked up one the other day with the code 838 and that means the death was in Oregon. I can get a copy of the out-of-state codes in a day or so. 3. I knew at least one fellow who's on the wall from Oregon. He was Del LaFlemme from Salem. He died early on. I can probably produce a yearbook photo if you're interested. In fact, I could provide a whole yearbook or two or three if you want. They would be from Salem 1959-1960. I think I could find Del's obituary too. I went to Whitworth College in Spokane from 1961-1964. I have those yearbooks too that I want to find homes for. At least one fellow I went to school with there was also killed in Vietnam. Right now I can't remember his name. All I can remember is that he was working his way through school because he needed the money. He dropped some classes one year to work more hours and the military grabbed him immediately. He was killed over there almost as soon as he got there. These annuals are pretty early for Vietnam, I realize, but if you think they could be helpful, you could have them. We were over there earlier than was official anyway. My brother was there in the Navy in 1963, '64, maybe '5. He was on an aircraft carrier that was sending bombers out loaded and coming back empty.
