    1. [WASHINGTON-L] Paterson John
    2. Bryan King
    3. Good Morning All I'm looking for the family of John (James) Paterson. Information from a will indicates he was probably farming in Lewis County, Washington, about 1890. The will also states he had four sons, who were old enough to help on the farm. John's parents were Richard Paterson and his wife Mary Ann, of Guelph, Ontario. After Mary Ann's dead, Richard, move the youngest members of his family to Missouri, in 1860, but because of his anti slavery views, which he expressed quite openly, he was driven out of the state. At this point his family has become fragmented, and only one family line out of 8 children has been found, John's line would be the second. Any help would be appreciated in tracking down this family. Bryan King Calgary, Alberta Canada

Zakrzewski Anderson or her husband, Bernard Anderson. They are both buried at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Florida. I am related to Rose through my grandmother, Angeline Barbara Mendyk. Angeline’s mother was a Zakrzewski, and the half-sister to Joseph Zakrzewski, Rose’s father. I am not only trying to find family to meet them! but to find the burial place of Rose's brother, August, who died in California in September of 1923. August is buried in Omaha at St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery, but the cemetery office has lost the book with his burial info and I cannot find a marker. I have tried everything - the VA (he was a sailor and died in a shipwreck), the monument companies in Omaha, the funeral home, the church, etc. NO luck yet! Please help me!! We know he's here because I have church records for his burial and articles from the Omaha World-Herald newspaper that say he's there. Also trying to find anyone related to Rose's sister, Anna Gajewski, who supposedly was married to a man from Chicago, according to a newspaper article at the time of August's death. Also searching for Frank Zack, brother of Rose. Frank was listed as living in Arizona at the time Rose died. Obviously, he must have changed his name at some point. Rose, Frank, August & Anna were all children of Joseph & Mary/Maria/Maryana Zakrzewski. Mary died in 1910 in Omaha Nebraska and Joseph died in 1942 in Illionis.
