Samuel Washburn's brother Silas is my 3rd great grandfather, he was born in 1835 in Allen Co. Ohio and died during the civil war on Feb, 25 1863 in Young's Point Louisiana. There were 6 children in the family that I know of, Nelson, Silas, Lucenda, Angelina, Samuel and Alvira. There parents were Newman Or Norman Washburn and Suzanne Miller, Newman's father was Samuel Washburn born Abt 1785. some how I lost your e-mail in my computer I must have hit the wrong button or something can you send any info that you have on Samuel and his siblings.
