Seek any information that will help me locate a Stephen Washburn who "moved west" from Otsego County NY between 1865 - 1870. He would have been about 40 -45 years old when he left. His occupation was carpenter. He may have settled in the Detroit, Michigan area or Minnestota / Wisconsin. He may have started a new family after leaving a rather large family behind in New York State. We do know that he had a daughter living in Detroit at the time. Her name is Mary and she married a man by the name of Harry Ridley. No other information is available. Any help will be appreciated. Jerry Reed
