I did find out some further information. The name of the wife of Charles Washburn was Georgia Kuhn. she did remarry Marcellus Hoben, I got that pension file now thanks to some help I was given by other kind individuals. Charles record is not rolled into it. Apparently the child Sadie Washburn was considered a "helpless child" long past her 16th birthday and was seperately pensioned as such. It is likely that the pension record is still being held by the Veterans Administration and I am attempting to obtain a copy. I will keep you posted.
