Ebenezer was found in the 1810 census index for VT. That is all I know about him. An Ebenezer was posted to the list for RUTLAND VT in reference to the Church family; this posting was copied out and I will try to see who sent it RUTLAND David Shorey, Robert Perry, Ebenezer Washburn.Someone asked about the legislation ordering people out of Vt. I don't have the wording of the legislation close at hand but I do have a list of those whose estates were ordered Confiscated. I know I have seen the wording of the legislation on this list perhaps someone has it, I do believe it was part of this act. I know it also had something to do with Oliver Church listed being a Secret Service Agent,
