Captain Ichabod Washburn, who was a sea captain and lost his life while off the coast at Portland. Maine, helping to care for his brother seamen who were sick with yellow fever. He died at twenty-eight years of age, leaving three children: Ichabod (VIII) and Charles (twins), who subsequently came to Worcester, MA and a daughter Pamelia.
