Colindale IS to close by 2012 The collection will be moved to a new storage facility (I imagine Boston Spa, W. Yorkshire) with digital and microfiche access provided at St Pancras - I await with bated breath the BL finding sufficient EXTRA space for the displaced family history newspaper researchers. And I wonder how much of the collection will have been digitised/filmed by the time Colindale closes? The DoVE project has been mentioned. Do we think BL will do better? They labour under the same harsh financial constraints as TNA and ONS... (There's an article on the Colindale closure in the Spring 2007 issue of the UK magazine Your Family Tree.) Jim
