Sorry Linda, If they married in 1830 then the Register won't give even their fathers' names :-( If you're VERY lucky - and they married by Licence - AND one of them was under 21 - AND the application has survived - you MAY get a parent's name. But the Witnesses' names just might be helpful (although they don't give relationships). But don't put Good Money on any of these...
