Hi Listers, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am researching my Hancorne ancestors in Warwickshire and am back to the 1500s. I have found a reference to a William Hankorne of Claverdon in 1508/9. He was the Reeve for Claverdon Manor for King Henry VII and collected the rents for the estate. Has anyone else researched this village this far back and can help me with any other information.
