Was reading Philip Styles's "Studies in 17th Century West Midlands History" and found mention of Bicknell family. "...had been carpenters...for four generations...." These are Fenny Compton Bicknells noted in the book which refers to the Bicknells in that area in the 1670's. I realize that Bicknells were all over Warwickshire; however, thought you might want to know that they were in Fenny Compton for centuries.
