Hi List. Does anyone please have access to the 1871 census for the village of LONG COMPTON. I am looking for details of JAMES HAYWOOD / HAYWARD born approx 1831 in Long Compton. On the 1841 census he is calling himself James Sandford aged 10 and he is with his "adoptive" parents Thomas and Mary Sandford. On the 1851 he is still with the same couple but is now calling himself James Hayward. On the 1861 I believe him to still be with the same couple but now called James Morris. So I would be very grateful if anyone could see either James Haywood or indeed Thomas and Mary Sandford (neither born in Warwickshire) on the 1871 census and send me the details of a scan of the census page.
