Hello all 1873 Owners of Land Schedule shows the following: Name of Owner: Gillot, Jos., Exors. of Address of Owner: King's Norton Extent of Lands. 68 acres 2 rods 4 perches Gross Estimated Rental. £230 10s. County Worcester Does anyone know for certain please if this land belonged to Joseph Gillott the penmaker of Birmingham? He died c 1872/3. I also have a Joseph Gillott, born in Derbyshire who held land in Harborne and who died around the same time. His son, Thomas, took the land over in 1872 and it seems subsequently sold it as he appears as a coachman in the 1881 census. Any help would be very much appreciated. Mary in West Oz
