    3. Like panning for gold, there may be a speck somewhere, but buried among tons of sludge. Rarely worth the effort when you see the same place given as being in Warks, Essex and sometimes even a county no-one has ever heard of, and it is commonly assumed that a person was born wherever they happen to be found at any time in their life. Most of it cannot possibly be serious research. Search for example on Drusilla YORK, anywhere in the British Isles. Now, admittedly this isn't a common name, but there's only two, and one of them - the one born in 1858 - gives both parents' names, and Drusilla's date of death, after she'd married and emigrated to the USA! Her parents George & Margaret were my gg grandparents. > > Best wishes > > Paul > >--- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to WARWICK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > >
