Most of the larger libraries have their catalogue online . Having found the details in the Index I contacted an agent in England who obtained the will for me from London at less than $30 Australian - I guess if I had lived in the UK it would have cost me a little less. Some subscribers to the Warwick List will do lookups and obtain wills for a very reasonable charge- You should expect to cover their expenses (travelling and parking etc) and pay for their time and expertise.
