Does anyone know of a source which lists toll gate keepers in Warwickshire/Leicestershire during the early 1800s? Can anyone help me locate the 'Cross in Hand' toll gate in the 1851 census? This was sited on the A5 at the Rugby, Wolvey & Lutterworth junction, but seems to have 'slipped' between the Warwickshire and Leicestershire census enumerators.
