I have an interest in the ancestors / descendants of the Rainbow family from Kites Hardwick. Matthew Rainbow, born 1828 is my ggf. He married Ann Reeve in 1848 in Leamington Hastings, and moved to Durham. His father was John Rainbow, born in 1796. I have exchanged information with Susan Jeffery, who has very helpfully filled in some gaps in my knowledge of the Rainbows. Are there any others following this family, and/or have interesting detail on village life in Kites Hardwick ? Best regards Rodney Fox
