Hi Heather Finally after three attempts I got a response from the FFHS re pricing of NBI 3 Their answer is no there will not be a rebate or intro price for those who bought NBI 1 I told them they have one less customer to worry about Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) Interesting point. Thanks, Nivard for your perseverance Seems rather unfriendly and short sighted of them. Don't suppose you will be alone in withdrawing your custom. Have you considered looking for a v2 (which might be reduced now v3 is available) and then upgrading?
