Hello All, I am researching Murcott/ Webb. I have a book on Cubbington and there is a mention on Mariner Abraham Murcott who lost his life during the Great Storm of 1703. The ship went down and all lives were lost near the Isles of Scilly. Can anyone tell me the name of the ship and Abraham details, please. Thank you. Norma Tonks nee Webb.

HI, If you do a google search for the great storm of 1703, Wikipedia lists the ships in the royal navy that were sunk during that storm.
