Trying to find the ancestors or family of William Frederick Sidwell Born 2.1.1893 he was registered 9.2.1893 district of Foleshill & Sowe, County - Warwickshire. He served four years in France in WW1. He married Alice Stokes in Coventry ABT 1919 they emigrated to New Zealand about 1922. We don't know the ship or what port they left from. His parents were Thomas Sidwell and Sarah Elizabeth nee Allen. Possible children for Thomas and Sarah are: Thomas and Harry one daughter Alice. I am new to this list. I am looking for any members of the TUTIN family. At least one was an architect practising in Birmingham at the beginning of the 19th century. Also Martha b abt 1801 who married William Thomas also an architect in 1826 in Birmingham St Philip before moving to Leamington and then emigrating to Canada in 1843. I have never been able to trace Martha's family but I believe that William Thomas was apprenticed to Richard Tutin father/brother/uncle? of Martha. Any help appreciated. David Thomas Cornwall
