I am looking for information re the Crowley Orphanage in Edgbaston. I have a relative who was Matron there in 1891 and wonder if there would be any records remaining of that time.

And was this the Crowley of Crowley's Ales (and father or grandfather of Aleister Crowley)? The founder of Crowley's ales subsequently became a Quaker, so I imagine founding an orphange would not be out of the question.
