Hi again As things were not quite so easy as they are now I would suggest a little checking to confirm you have the right people If you can scan the documents you have and email a copy off list I am more than happy to take a look at them for you I suspect you may have got hold of the wrong birth cert for Ellen perhaps, is there any other evidence she was born anywhere other than Warwickshire? I presume you have some evidence from the US side that Ellen was a SWIFT and they married in 1870 ?
