You can get there now by clicking on Search then Card Catalogue then Sort By and select Date Added from the drop down menu. It's the fourth item down. They've included it in their Travel and Immigration Collection. Alternatively this link should take you to it: http://search.ancestry.co.uk/search/db.aspx?dbid=2271 You can add it to your personalised front page. Connie in London

    3. Hi Anne I know you have been told one way to find the Masters & Mates database but it seems many are unaware of the card catalogue on Ancestry and may well be missing valuable data, not everything is transcribed, there are lots of books for example that are browse only as yet Enter Ancestry, click on search in the top bar which will bring up a menu, then select Card Catalogue from the bottom of that menu To find Masters and Mates just enter those words in the top box, one hit But you might like to also try Warwick* (the wild card will pick up Warwick & Warwickshire) You will get 35 hits but that also includes some for like named places not in the UK So to further narrow it down to more relevant hits, enter England in the bottom box as well and you will then get 23 more pertinent hits The same applies to any word or subject, there is a lot more on Ancestry than people seem to think Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) On 29/09/2012 11:16, Anne Hunt wrote: > > Hi all,Im sorry but I cant find this information on Ancestry - I have > trolled through everything I can think of to get to this site Masters > & Mates.
