Carole, Perhaps you would be more specific about what you want to know. If you know who owns the property, wouldn't it be more informative to contact them? Based on the fact that in 1911 The Leasowes is enumerated between Hill Farm Stoneleigh and Stivichall Grange, Coventry, and that The Leasowes is marked on a current Ordnance Survey map between Stoneleigh and Stivichall (but much nearer to Stivichall) and that there is a King's Hill adjoining, it's most likely to be Leasowes Farm, Green Lane, Coventry CV3 6EG, the location of which corresponds with the place marked on the map as The Leasowes. There is also a Leasowes Farm at Hampton Rd, Warwick CV35 8HA (on the Budbrook side of Warwick) and a Leasowe Farm at Southam Rd, Radford Semele, Leamington Spa CV31 1TY. MAR in France. > Message du 03/12/12 03:54 > De : "Carol Kennedy" > A : warwick@rootsweb.com > Copie à : > Objet : [WAR] The Leasowes, Stoneleigh, Kenilworth > > Hello, > There is a farm called "The Leasowes in Stoneleigh/Kenilworth > a bit confused with the Stoneleigh/Kenilworth part of this. > > I believe it was district 11, The Hill. > My ancestors lived there and I understand that it was sold.
