He came to Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea in the late 1800's with a whole lot of Australians and British guys during the gold rush. He had my grandfather and other children too and because we do not have a burial site here for him, we believe he went back to Australia or wherever he came from. Please keep in touch as I am very interested in knowing our extended family and our roots. My dad is still yet to do his Dna test so we hope that we can get somewhere in this search.
