Photo was taken in about 1911, and Julia looks about 3 while Kenneth is about age 1. I found the children in the 1920 census for Madison (Orange Co.) VA, children of Charles and Ella. OneWorldTree shows Julia was born 3 Feb 1908, and Kenneth 28 Aug 1910. They were children of Charles S. and Ella (Murphy) Warren.
