John Johnston & Mary, his wife, having enjoyed interests & profits of the dower ever since do of our own free will & for great love & affection give to Harrison Warrin & Jaremiah Standfield Warrin, the 2 only sons or legal heirs of sd. Jaremiah Warrin, decd., do give all right & interest we, John Johnston & Mary, his wife, either of us has in dower of land, in as full & ample manner as though Mary was dead, 11 Dec. 1811.
