I am a decendent of Robert Warren from Rowan County. He moved from VA around 1770. His g-grandson, John N. Warren married Matilda/Malinda Rector. Early census records show he comes from VA, but I am not sure where and he had become a dead end with my family name. If the Rectors also have ties in VA, Rowan Co, NC and MO, the counties he is from in VA may hold some lead as to where my Warrens came from. I realize this does not help your search, but you may be able to help mine and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Keith
