Warren was s/o Hugh Warren [which one, I do not know] and Jane Etherton. Whether or not Hugh died, left, divorced is only a guess. Jane Etherton b. 1810 married Ezekiel Davis ; bond 28 Jun 1843 Green Co. John D. Warren married 1st Nancy Ann DeSpain, 2nd Elizabeth Peace and 3rd Sally Ann (Skaggs) Warren, widow of Mitchell Warren. John D. Warren and Nancy separated, but never formally divorced. Both went on and married 2 more times. The war dept declared both of their subsequent marriages null and void and granted Nancy a widows pension. With this declaration they also declared John's children by Elizabeth Peace illigitimate and denied their guardian John A. Skaggs a minors pension, for Calvin Warren. With the declaration from Arabel Skaggs stating she was sister to John D. Warren. Arabel (Davis?) married John Calvin Skaggs. From the 1850 census, Arabel was 10, but in 1860 she was 17. Whether or not she is d/o Hugh Warren or Ezekial Davis is unknown, but she seems to be born before Jane Etherton m. Davis.
